The National Restaurant Association Show is the largest catering exhibition in the US. With several thousand companies from around the world exhibiting their latest innovations, you will not fail to gain new ideas, contacts and lots of inspiration.

As well as visiting the exhibition, we will also take you back of house to a host of US operations, ranging from the city’s top restaurants to some innovative American dining venues. You will sample the food and service front of house as well as delve behind the scenes, gaining unique insight and inspiration from how caterers do it on the other side of the pond!

All this activity is included in the price of the five day trip, as are flights, hotel, breakfast and dinner each evening enabling you to sample the variety of styles of service and food that are available in the Windy City.

Tour will leave on the morning of Friday 15th May, and arrive back in the UK on the morning of Wednesday, May 20th.
