We take over 2500 calls a month from caterers, and provide a fast response and turnaround to enquiries. Our own call centre software provides us with a unique system to manage all types of calls from enquiries, complaints, complements and orders. We can cater for any size of response from short ad hoc tactical campaigns to ongoing activity involving a number of response mechanisms.

D epending on number of calls and level of technical knowledge required, Redpoint can handle inbound calls using a dedicated telesupport team or a simpler bureau team.
